Hi, it's been a long time since I uploaded something for Linux.

This is an idea I've been thinking about for some time, I started making this in Emerald, but the work has been slow, so I decided to upload a teaser mockup until I'm able to finish this.

I only have one concern, is it do-able in Emerald? I managed to make the close button, but I'm still dragging my feet when it comes to min/max buttons, I mean it in terms of usability and user-friendliness. What do you think?

I have some other in-the-middle solutions for people who don't like to copy Windows and Mac OS.

Cheers.

It looks great, but i don't think it's actually possible. i tried making something like that, and it won't let you select the close button. it only deals with the x coordinates. i mean if you go to the close button, it will be in the same x as the min/max. do you know what i mean?

I didn't quite understand your point, I already made the close button, it's not perfect yet, but it works fine.

yeah? you got it working? good job, i couldn't get it to. what i mean: [link] the red is the area designated to the min button, and the blue for the max button. since the close button is inside the zones it would be read as one of them. idk how you got around that.

No, I only got the close button to work, I didn't even start on Min/Max buttons.
